Ant Yapi is the principal contractor for the prestigious development comprising of 57 luxury apartments, spanning 9 floors overlooking London’s Hyde Park.
Bright Green Space was contacted to discuss the initial designs, as specialists in providing the structure and illumination for architectural spaces.
The developers spent time hand-selecting natural stones and designing the joinery, doors and iron work, emanating luxury throughout.
We were asked to create a stunning ceiling consistent with the building aesthetics for the 25m swimming pool which would also continue into the gym within the resident’s spa.
For the structure of the ceiling, extruded aluminium profiles were installed. Available in various sizes the lightweight durable structure would not be subjected to environmental factors or degradation. The faux timber coating provides the wow factor look creating a timber beam style effect on the ceiling.
To illuminate the voids within the timber structure Bright Green Grid was an ideal fit. Available in Dynamic White; allowing continuous colour temperature adjustment to suit a particular environment, it lends itself to restricted depth areas and comes in array of different sized panels.
We added an additional protective coating to ensure the system was resistant to the aggressive and humid swimming pool conditions.
As an additional part of the project, we were asked to supply LED Lighting to illuminate the penthouse suites providing a soft warm glow to the exterior of the building.

Power supplies are strategically located within remote electrical cabinets, guaranteeing full accessibility without causing any inconvenience to residents. Special care was taken when selecting the appropriate cable to eliminate any voltage drop, even over extended distances between the lights and power supplies.
The soft, warm glow beautifully complements the architectural features, adding the finishing touch to the building’s high-end façade.
